Tortilla wrap with Dal and Vegetables
Chop one med onion, one plum tomato discarding pulp, two stalks celery, some hot green peppers and cilantro to taste. Other vegetable like spinach, cabbage, carrots etc. can also be used to make variations. Combine two cups of the chopped vegetables with two packages of JYOTI Mung Dal, mix well and heat in a pan or in microwave to blend the flavors. Spread on warm, buttered flour tortillas and sprinkle with as much shredded cheddar cheese as you like. Wrap Number will depend on the size of tortilla used and the amount filled in each wrap, but enough for two.
Substitute the Mung Dal packages with one can of JYOTI Dal Makhani for an entirely different flavor in wraps.
